In LOL Fish Club terms:
- **Each child has a Pod.** This is their private creative and learning space.
- **Each Pod had a Guardian** The parent/guardian has a governance role. They help manage consent, visibility, permissions and safeguarding settings.
- **Each Club has a Group Pod.** This holds shared club projects, event records, approved galleries, challenges, group messages and learning resources.
- **The PTA-style mutual runs the local trust layer.** It decides who is a verified parent, teacher, mentor, moderator, artist, coder, local host or LOL Fish.
- **Apps come and go. The child’s data remains theirs.** A drawing app, audio postcard app, learning passport app, map app or storytelling app can request access to the right part of the Pod, instead of swallowing the whole child profile.
That is the key Solid move: **separate the data from the app**.
